1 cup Chickpeas | |
1 whole head (40g) garlic, crushed | |
1 Lime | |
1 tbsp Yoghurt | |
1 tsp fine salt for soaked chickpeas | |
1/2 cup cold water | |
1/4 cup tahini (thil) |
Directions

Soak chickpeas overnight for 8

Put Chickpeas in cooker, add 4 cups water and select the "Channa / Rajma" function

Once cooking is complete, mash the chickpeas and out into a mixer grinder .

Add garlic, yoghurt, salt, tahini and water into the Mixer Grinder. Blend till you get the right texture. Drizzle with Olive Oil (optional)
