Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 cup Chickpeas
1 whole head (40g) garlic, crushed
1 Lime
1 tbsp Yoghurt
1 tsp fine salt for soaked chickpeas
1/2 cup cold water
1/4 cup tahini (thil)

Directions

1.

Soak chickpeas overnight for 8

Put Chickpeas in cooker, add 4 cups water and select the "Channa / Rajma" function

Once cooking is complete, mash the chickpeas and out into a mixer grinder .

Add garlic, yoghurt, salt, tahini and water into the Mixer Grinder. Blend till you get the right texture. Drizzle with Olive Oil (optional)
