Mutton- 750 gms | |
Onion (Large )- 1 | |
Green Chilli (slit)- 3 | |
Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp | |
Ginger Paste - 1 tbsp | |
Cinnamon Stick - 2 | |
Cardamom - 4 | |
cloves - 4 | |
Black pepper whole - 1 tbsp | |
Black pepper powder - 1 tbsp | |
Fennel powder- 2 tsp | |
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp | |
Curry Leaves - 2 sprigs | |
Coconut Milk- 1 cup | |
Coriander Leaves for garnish ( optional ) | |

Directions
1.
Heat oil in inner pot.
Mark as complete

Add cloves, cardamom, cinnamon, and saute for a minute.
Mark as complete

Add green chillies, onions, curry leaves and salt. Saute it until onion is soft and translucent.

Add ginger and garlic.
Mark as complete

Add the spice powders (whole pepper, pepper powder, fennel powder and coriander powder).
Mark as complete

Add the mutton and stir all the ingredients in the pot. Add ¼ cup water.

Close the lid, turn vent into sealing position, and Choose the “Meat” mode.

Once cooking cycle is complete, open the lid and add the Coconut Milk.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
