Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 cup soaked channa
1 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin powder
2 green chillies
1 cup chopped onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic
1 cup chopped tomato
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp Corriander powder
¼ tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp Salt
3 cups water
coriander leaves to garnish
1 Tea Bag (optional - to give it a dark colour)

Directions

1.

Soak the channa in cold water for overnight drain, rinse and set aside.

Saute the onions and green chillies.

Mark as complete

Add the tomatoes and ginger garlic paste

Mark as complete
4.

Add turmeric powder, garam masala, jeera powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and sauté for a minute.

Mark as complete
5.

Add the soaked channa with 3 cups of water and salt to taste, stir well the mixture. Place the tea bag.

Mark as complete
6.

Close the lid and select "Channa / Rajma" mode.

Mark as complete
7.

Choose the “Rajma / Channa’ mode.

Mark as complete
8.

Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with bathura or rice.
