Idli batter, as required
Oil to grease idli tray
3 cups water

Directions

1.

Grease the idli moulds with oil and pour the idli batter into the moulds.

Mark as complete

Fill the inner cooking pot with 3 cups of water and place the batter-filled mould inside the inner cooking pot.

Insert the lid and keep pointer in venting position (do not put pointer on sealing position).

Mark as complete
4.

Choose the “Idli/Steam” mode. Note: Only Pre-heating will occur i.e. it will not move to Cooking mode.

5.

Remove the idli from the mould with a ladle.

Mark as complete
6.

Serve with with Sambar and Coconut Chutney.

7.

After 15 minutes, do manual release of pressure.
