1.5 cups paneer, cubed into 1-inch pieces | |
50g green peas | |
1 medium onion | |
2 tsp ginger garlic paste | |
1 cup tomato puree | |
2 tbsp heavy cream | |
2 tsp olive oil | |
2 tsp lemon juice | |
½ tsp turmeric powder | |
1 tsp coriander powder | |
1 tsp coriander powder | |
1 tsp red chilli powder | |
salt to taste | |
water- 500ml | |
cilantro, for garnish |
Directions
1.
Set the Cooker to sauté mode and heat oil. Once pot is hot, add bay leaves, cardamom, and cumin; let them pop.

Add ground onion paste. Sauté for 4 minutes until the onion paste turns light brown.

Add the tomatoes puree, dry spices like turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt to the pot and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add the cubed paneer, frozen green peas, and water to the pot. Deglaze the pot if anything is stuck to the bottom.

Close the Cooker with pressure valve to sealing. Cook on Manual for 2 minutes.

Once the pot beeps, do a Quick Release.

Then add garam masala powder, heavy or cashew cream, crushed dried fenugreek leaves, and mix well.

Garnish with cilantro and serve.
