Vegetable Stir Fried Noodles (Chow Mein)

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
250 gms Hakka noodles
1 bunch of Spring Onion
1/2 cup Capsicum (Red or Yellow)
1 carrot, peeled
1/4 cup Celery, chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp sriracha sauce/any red chilli sauce
1tb 1 tsp brown sugar (optional)
4 cups water

Directions

1.

In a bowl, add water, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha sauce (or any red chilli sauce), sesame oil, and brown sugar. Whisk until evenly combined. Taste and adjust as needed.

Pour the sauce into the pot. Add noodles to the pot. Add ginger, garlic, celery, capsicum and carrot.

Seal your Cooker and set to “Manual”, high pressure, 5 minutes.

When Cooker is done cooking, do a quick release (do not do the natural release as it will cause the noodles to overcook).

Open the lid and stir the noodles with tongs several times, breaking up any that may have clumped together during cooking.

Sprinkle some green onion and serve.

7.

Add more Soy Sauce or Chili sauce, if required, as per your preference
