Ingredients

Adjust Servings
500g chicken
4 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp black pepper
3 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2-3 green chilies, slit
1 tsp of garam masala (includes clove powder, cinnamon powder, cumin powder, cardamom powder, fennel powder)
chicken curry masala – 2 tbsp
3 onions (finely chopped)
3 tomatoes (finely chopped)
Curry Leaves (handful)
Salt – to taste
Optional: Coconut Milk 1/4 to 1/2 cup, Corriander Leaves, Kasuri Methi

Directions

1.

Press the Sauté button. Wait for 30 seconds for the inner cooking pot to heat up. Add oil inside the inner cooking pot.

Mark as complete

Sauté chopped onions, ginger garlic paste and green chilly for 3 minutes.

Mark as complete

Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, pepper.

Mark as complete
4.

Add the garam masala or chicken masala .

Mark as complete
5.

(Add some water and deglaze the pot if it heats up).

Mark as complete
6.

Add the chicken and continue sauté till all ingredients are blended.

Mark as complete
7.

Add 1 tbsp Salt.

Mark as complete
8.

Add curry leaves.

Mark as complete
9.

Add 1 cups of water. Now press Cancel button to stop sauté. Select the “Chicken” option.

10.

Do quick release when done and open lid and stir.

Optional: Add in Coconut milk or Garnish with little coriander leaves or Kasuri Methi.
