Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

Adjust Servings
1 cup long grain rice
Vegetable oil
4 eggs beaten
1 bunch of Spring onions, sliced (separate the white and green part of the spring onion)
1.5 tbsp Soy Sauce
1.5 cups water

Directions

1.

Cook the rice on “Rice” mode. When done, set aside and spread it out to dry.

On Sauté mode, add vegetable oil into the pot, and sauté the white part of spring onions for 2 minutes.

Add some more oil, then tip in the egg mixture. Leave to cook a little. Add the dry rice and stir vigorously to coat the grains or, if you prefer the egg chunkier, allow to set for a little longer before breaking up and stirring through.

Add the soy sauce and fish sauce and mix.

Mark as complete
5.

Put in the green part of the Spring Onion and mix.
